CANCELLATION POLICY

Before April 3, 2023, cancellations will receive a full refund, less 10.000 ISK administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after April 3, 2023, but substitutions can be made at any time.
The Conference Organizers reserve the right to retain all fees paid in the event of non-attendance at the Conference.
Accommodation will be refunded if cancellation is made 72 hours before the arrival date (3 working days)
Neither the organization of the conference nor Athygli Conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations. The service fee for all changes is 4.500 ISK.
